(Sept. 25, 2025) – Laughlin Constable Public Relations (LCPR) today announced it has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Chicago Skyline Awards for its work on behalf of Chicago’s oldest public museum Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum and Cullinan Properties, a leading developer of real estate specializing in commercial and mixed-use developments and acquisitions. The industry award honors creativity and celebrates innovation in public relations work that showcases measurable business impact and results.
“These award-winning campaigns highlight our team’s commitment to award winning work from strategy and execution to our mantra of ‘making it personal’ for every brand we support,” said Kris Naidl, APR, executive vice president and head of PR at Laughlin Constable. “Year after year, our PR team goes above and beyond to deliver meaningful impact and exceed expectations for our clients.”
LCPR earned the distinguished Skyline Award for its work with Cullinan Properties to strategically celebrate the completion of a long-awaited infrastructure improvement for the region in partnership with the Illinois Department of Transportation. The opening of the Illinois’ Interchange at I-55 and IL 59 near I-80 marked a significant milestone of the I-55 at IL 59 Access Project, improving safety and increasing access to the rapidly growing Joliet region. The new interchange includes direct access to Rock Run Collection, a 310-acre super regional mixed-use development owned and developed by Cullinan.
LCPR assisted in event planning, partner coordination, message development, media relations and on-site execution, resulting in attendance by multiple representatives from Illinois government at the state and local level, as well as garnering television, radio, print, online and broadcast media attention. The Cullinan Properties work was also recognized this month by the Publicity Club of Chicago’s 67th Annual Golden Trumpet Awards.
Additionally, LCPR was honored with an Award of Excellence for its work with the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum to launch a comprehensive brand refresh and unveil its citywide Flight of Butterflies outdoor sculpture exhibit, including thoughtful storytelling, partner collaboration, event planning and securing media coverage across broadcast, print and online outlets.
LCPR previously has been awarded national PRSA Silver and Bronze Anvil Awards, PRSA Chicago Skyline Awards, PRSA Southeast Wisconsin Paragon Awards and was a 2022 PRWeek US Award finalist.
