Whether it was fate or coincidence, when we opened our first official office, a pair of golden griffin statues guarded the entrance. From that point on, we were Griffins. Not saying we’re all half lion, half eagle, but we do share a few values with the mythical beasts.
We approach everything we do with the heart of a lion. And that level of passion is contagious. It guides how we approach our work, our clients and each other.
If the griffin has taught us anything in the last 4000 years, it’s the staying power of a great idea.
It’s why we relentlessly pursue ideas that live on in the hearts and minds of consumers.
Griffins were noble beasts charged with guarding treasure. We too are guardians of treasure: the ability to influence how people think and feel. And we always use that power for good.

Awarded at our yearly summer party, this award honors the Griffin who has most embodied our core values. But it’s not all award and no meat. It also comes with a free vacation.
Every month, our last recipient chooses the next one. Then their coworkers write a bunch of really nice things about them, because who doesn’t like hearing how much everyone loves them?
Crain's Chicago Business
Every year, 100 companies in Chicago make the list for excellence in areas like employee experience, benefits, workplace culture, training, work-life balance and community involvement. This year, we were the highest-ranked advertising agency on the list and 9th amongst all companies in Chicago.
Our emphasis on “servant leadership” continues to our communities, where we support local non-profits through monthly volunteer events, pro-bono services and financial contributions. Last year, our efforts supported partners like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, the ASPCA, Children’s Wisconsin, Lasagna Love, Kinship Community Food Center, Chicago Lights and Interchange Food Pantry.
