Anthony Romano
Anthony has spent over 30 years at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology, driving growth for iconic global brands. Named to Campaign’s Digital 40 Over 40 list, he has served as CEO at BBH NY, US Chief of Client Services at R/GA and President of Wunderman Thompson’s Midwest region. An NYU grad, he pursued the unlikely combo of studio art, marketing and Division III basketball.

Pat Laughlin
Creativity and advertising come naturally to Pat, who grew up the son of an industry icon. Over two decades, he has led work for the ASPCA, Acuity Insurance, Wisconsin Department of Tourism, the Milwaukee Bucks, Northwestern Medicine, Vienna Beef, AstraZeneca and more, shaping campaigns across categories. His work has appeared in the One Show, Webbys, Addys, Effies and advertising textbooks.

Through his 20 years in the family business, Jon has learned how strategic insight mixed with unexpected trivia can elevate ideas and spark creative breakthroughs. As co-leader of Laughlin Constable’s creative department, he leads impactful, award-winning work across automotive, healthcare, CPG, motorsports, food, and beer clients. His work is recognized nationally and locally across his notable career.

With over 25 years of agency experience, Katy is an intuitive seeker of human truths who inspires personal experiences that build brands. Her client work has included McDonald’s, Gatorade, Tropicana, SpaghettiOs, Suave, Nespresso, Nesquik, Kraft/Mondelez and SC Johnson brands. Experience in global and innovation programs shapes her collaborative leadership of LC’s strategy team.

Amy brings 20 plus years of experience to the clients and teams she leads, driving growth on both the agency and client sides. Her expertise spans brand strategy, integrated planning, demand generation, and operational leadership. She has led brands including AutoZone, Lowe’s, ConAgra, Michelin, Bel Brands, Carbonite, and Northwestern Medicine, with work recognized by top industry awards.

Vanessa Watts
Vanessa believes the most effective way to reach audiences is through content delivered in personal context, blending data-led insight with creativity. Before LC, she spent much of her 27-year career at Havas Media working with heritage brands like Reynolds and Hefty, supported the Effie-winning Valspar launch, and deepened retail expertise while leading media strategy efforts for Sears Holdings.

Dan has 18 years of experience integrating data with creative, media and brand strategy. He specializes in analytics, automation, and leadership, delivering solutions for clients like QuikTrip, Travel Wisconsin, Northwestern, ASPCA, Nike, Chevron, Kraft, McDonald’s, Kimberly-Clark, US Army, and Gatorade. His work has earned Clio and Effie awards.

His work has won Gold at the Clios and been featured in the Super Bowl show.

She holds her APR, is certified in crisis communication and is a recognized industry thought leader.

A 30-year ad industry veteran, Vincent has led world-class production and content teams for global agencies and iconic brands. He has built new production models delivering cost-effective content at scale, with work earning Cannes Gold Lions, Effies, One Show Pencils and Clios for SC Johnson, Coca-Cola, Allstate and Samsung. He also brings deep automotive experience via GM, GMC, Buick and RAM.

Beth brings 13 years of experience across people operations, culture, and talent strategy. She leads the full employee lifecycle, builds scalable HR systems, ensures compliance, and partners with leadership to support organizational health. She is a University of Wisconsin – Madison graduate and previously worked at Pivot Design.
